More or Less is a conversational financial planning application that helps users manage their personal finances through AI-assisted conversations, transaction tracking, and budget planning. The Service is provided "as"as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use the Service, you must create an account through our OAuth provider (Moopy). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Data and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your financial data is:

• Stored securely in encrypted databases
• Never sold or shared with third parties
• Used only to provide and improve the Service
• Accessible only by you and authorized household members

The Service uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to provide conversational financial assistance, transaction categorization, and insights. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for all financial decisions made using the Service

More or Less is not a financial advisor. The Service provides tools and insights to help you manage your own finances, but does not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific financial guidance.

7. Household Accounts

The Service is designed for household financial management. When you add household members:

• All financial data is shared between household members
• All members can view and modify shared financial information
• You are responsible for ensuring proper authorization before adding members

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or spam

9. Data Accuracy

• CSV import data

We are not responsible for financial errors resulting from inaccurate data entry.

SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any errors or omissions in the Service
• Financial decisions made based on information from the Service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seneris B.V. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
